Evergreene Group accompanied Bespoke Global Health Initiatives and a small delegation from Kentucky on one of several immersive trips to Sierra Leone they’ve taken to capture and share the stories that would invigorate investment, collaboration, and empowerment between seemingly different cultures through traditional news media, strategic partnerships, and photography.
THE RESULTS
The founders of Bespoke Global Health Initiatives wanted to carry their southern hospitality style of care across the Atlantic to support the African diaspora after a colleague from Sierra Leone encouraged them to take a mission trip to her home country. After that life-changing experience, healing outside of the traditional hospital setting became their life’s work. Since then, BGHI has hosted several mission trips back to Sierra Leone and partnered with medical professionals there to provide medical screenings and diagnostic services.
